New: the Port Royale app

Install and update every port right on your headset

One app for all ports: browse them with pictures, install with one press, and get a notification when a new version is out. No PC, no SideQuest after the first install.

• One-press install: picks the right APK for Meta Quest or PICO.
• Update notifications: checks for new releases every few hours; Update all does everything at once.
• Game files: shows what's missing, downloads free game data and moves your copied game folders into place.
• WinlatorXR mods: installs or updates WinlatorXR and unpacks the VR mod with its profile.

1. On the headset: open this page in the Meta Quest Browser and press Download the app, then open it from Files → Downloads and install. Or sideload it from a PC with SideQuest or adb install -r PortRoyale-App-v0.1.0-beta.apk.
2. Start Port Royale from Library → Unknown Sources.
3. On the first install, allow Port Royale to install apps when asked. For game data and WinlatorXR mods, allow All files access.

Tested on Meta Quest 3. PICO 4 / Neo 3 are supported but untested.
